I stayed in Sara Pereira’s apartment for several months during a work relocation and had a genuinely excellent experience from start to finish.
The apartment is centrally located, exactly as described in the listing, and was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained throughout my stay. It was an ideal place to live while working, with everything I needed close by and a calm, pleasant atmosphere at home.
Sara was a fantastic host and landlord — communication was always easy and she was very responsive whenever I had a question. There were no issues during my stay, but I always felt supported and confident that help would be available if needed.
I would absolutely recommend Sara and her property to other tenants, whether they are relocating for work or looking for a comfortable medium-term stay in the city. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from her again.
